About Circadian Zen

Circadian Zen is an exploration of how ancient wisdom can help us meet contemporary life without withdrawing from it. It brings Zen, Stoicism, depth psychology, and practical reflection into conversation with work, technology, ambition, uncertainty, and change.

I’m Wendell Guillary. I created this space because insight alone does not always free us from rumination, distraction, or old patterns. We also need practices that return us to the present and help us act.

The aim is not perfection, permanent calm, or borrowed certainty. It is a more honest relationship with experience—and the ability to choose the next meaningful action with greater clarity.

Circadian Zen is a personal-growth and educational project. It does not replace therapy, medical care, or professional mental-health support.
